Selected Will Call - Customer Pick Up on your order and need to know what your next steps are in receiving your items?

While your pick up order does not require an appointment, the order must be confirmed with your customer service representative. See below to view our receiving hours for each location!

Delivery

Appointments for delivery are only needed for Larger Than Truckload (LTL) order receivings.

Please carefully view and read the instructions and requirements below to schedule a delivery appointment!

Delivery Dock Appointment Scheduling Requirements

  • 24 hour advance appointment required
  • Appointments cannot be scheduled more than 14 days in advance
  • Appointments made after 3:00pm today for the next business day will not be honored
  • Receiving is by appointment only if you have 12 skids or more or in excess of 20,000 lbs.
  • If under 12 pallets and 20,000lbs, receiving is founded on a first come, first serve system from 8:00am - 12:00pm 

*Opendock will require you to create an account. Once opened, please type in "The Cary Company" to view all warehouse locations, or type in the desired warehouse address.

How Can I Come Prepared for My Appointment?

  • Upon your arrival to 1195 W Fullerton, enter on the East Side Driveway. Park to the right side of the lot as to not block the driveway for other carriers trying to enter and exit the lot.
  • Do not double park. Once parked, check into the receiving office. Once you are assigned a dock door back up to the assigned door and chock your tires. You will be given specific instruction at that time.
  • For Will-Call customers, please come with your SO# ready for a streamlined process.

How Can I Come Prepared for My Appointment?

  • Upon your arrival to 1640 Fullerton CT STE 300, approach the south side of the building with loading docks. Note it is a shared building with a tire company. Look for The Cary Company sign and enter door marked "300 Drivers Entrance" to check in.  
  • Please do not block docks while checking in. Once parked, check into the receiving office. When you are assigned a dock door, back up to the assigned door and chock your tires. You will be given specific instruction at that time.
  • For Will-Call customers, please come with your SO# ready for a streamlined process.

How Can I Come Prepared for My Appointment?

  • Upon your arrival to 10220 San Sevaine Way, turn into the gate with the sign for Shipping/Receiving. Check in with the security guard first where you will be directed to Driver Check In.
  • Please do not block docks while checking in. Once parked, check into the receiving office. When you are assigned a dock door, back up to the assigned door and chock your tires. You will be given specific instruction at that time.
  •  For Will-Call customers, please come with your SO# ready for a streamlined process.
