The barrels are modified into rain barrels and assembled with a spigot & overflow fitting. Recon rain barrels come with a set of instructions to aid in setup, usage and maintenance of the barrels. The top/lid is equipped with metal mesh screen to filter out debris and prevent mosquitoes from getting in. |

Rain Barrel netting is the perfect inexpensive solution for the gardener who wants a barrel but doesn't want it to be seen. This black plastic netting comes with clips to hold it around the barrel and is very easy to install. Once you have the net in place, simply plant a vine in the ground below and let it grow up the netting. There are several fast growing vines like the clematis that will leaf out in Spring and cover the rain barrel with beautiful flowers in the Spring and Fall.
