Logistics is the process of getting the products you need to your location when you need them and at the most cost-effective price possible. The Cary Company negotiates extensively with a broad network of carriers. Check out this Logistics video for more information.

CaryFreight is a special shipping option for customers in which a Cary employee delivers our products directly to their dock. This unique option allows for the lowest delivered and landed cost available. Selecting this option gives the advantage of smaller delivery windows for accurate and efficient shipments.

With a local delivery option using our own freight, you can be sure that your order will arrive on time at the best rate available. We offer local delivery for qualified zip codes in:

• Chicago, Illinois
• Indianapolis, Indiana
• Salt Lake City, Utah
• Jurupa Valley, California
• Livermore, California

For customers outside of these locations we have an in house Logistics Department that is dedicated to obtaining the most economical and competitive freight rates possible.

This option is for customers to pick up their product at the nearest warehouse to them. This method requires an appointment.

Packaged goods that are 100 lbs or less and 6 total boxes or less that can be sent via UPS/FedEx/etc.

Less than truckload (LTL) shipping consists of shipments that are more than 1 pallet and less than 6 pallets. These are shipments that are too big to ship parcel and are delivered by truck.

Like LTL, Cary Freight also only delivers shipments that are more than 1 pallet and less than 6 pallets. These are shipments that are too big to ship parcel and are delivered by truck.

While we make every effort to provide our customers with accurate and timely information based on updates from our partner carriers, please note unforeseen external factors may affect the accuracy of the estimated delivery date, leading to potential deviations. Such factors may include:

• Specific less than truck load (LTL) carriers can only deliver to certain locations 1-2 times a week
• Based on truck availability, orders requiring a lift gate can add 2-3 business days to the delivery date
• Orders delivered to residential locations or require delivery appointments can increase transit time
• Partnered carriers may transfer freight to a third party vendor for delivery
• Severe weather may lead to shipping delays
